5.3 These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Sales Convention. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection regulations of the user’s country of origin, provided that s/he is a consumer.
5.4 The place of fulfilment for the operator’s services is the registered office of the operator mentioned at the beginning of these Terms of Use.
5.5 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use is the responsible court in Salzburg. This jurisdiction agreement does not apply to users who are consumers.
